Hello there, Usually, when that situation occurs, they do provide you with your coupons. However, I believe that not all of them are given since they send you an email containing approximately 800 coupons as an apology for the system error. So, if you were supposed to earn 2400, for instance, I'm uncertain if they would give you the full amount. In my experience, here three errors I've encountered have always resulted in compensation of 800 or 850 coupons, which is still something. It's better to receive that than to not earn any coupons in a week, haha. (Unless Oasis has recently changed their approach and now they actually provide "all" of the coupons.
